Unused, in its original packaging
The item must be unused and still in its original packaging.
Your order number or receipt
Show the order number of your online order, or the receipt from our shop.
What can’t be returned
Opened or used consumables, such as ink, glue, refills, and pens or markers that have been tried.
Exchange or refund
Choose another item, or get your money back.
How to return
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Then bring the item to our shop, or we can collect it on our next visit.
